Contract - Remote
Urgent need for a Finance Clerk.
- Hours? 20- 30 / week
- Location: Los Angeles (Los Angeles Surge Hospital) Formally St. Vincent’s Hospital
- Can they work remotely? Yes but will require the ability to receive and manage large files so good connectivity is a must
- Specific Job Duties?
- Develop a reporting process to accurately track project specific costs incurred and appropriate documentation
- Will include review of purchase orders, receiving reports, invoices, etc.
- Bookkeeping and basic math skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented candidate with strong organizational skills
- Will orientation be required? Not formal at the site but a review of the scope of the arrangement will be necessary
- Degree or Certification requirements? Bachelor’s with a focus in business / accounting / finance
